I REALLY want them to work but the more I read Selena’s stuff the more I just don’t care if they end up together or not. Shes such an interesting character outside of her relationship with Batman and is way better handled without Bruce in the picture and without the writers constantly trying to constrain her character imo.

Hot take I’m actually happy things are at least things are having consequences again in comics, Alfred’s dead, Ra’s is dead, Bruce and Selina’s relationship coming to an end. It means that things actually matter in the comics again.

Honestly as childish as it may seem this is one of the main reasons why I stopped reading DC. There are so many different writers making so many changes to the characters and when it comes to BatCat the whole will they won’t they bit becomes exhausting. Anyone that’s ever read the comics between them understands that they were made for one another but the writers just want to give them each new love interests while throwing away the connection they both have. Just to have a different writer who’s pro BatCat have them end up together. It’s annoying

honestly I've always thought bruce wouldn't last in a full relationship because of the whole batman thing...its not that he doesn't want it, its because he would be too afraid that they'd get hurt, because being in love id vulnerability and a "risk"....but i loved Selina sm 😭
