Talking as an Adventist in Kigali, the national cleaning day has been there on the last Sabbath of every month . This has never been an issue with us cause we arenot forced to take part . We organize ourselves and do ours on the next day Sunday . U guys should borrow a leaf from Rwanda and the Rwandan people since the idea was first introduced by Rwanda. This should not bring any disputes between the church and your government
