@squisheezy_: I feel like it's hard to come up with a move that's more Spider-Man-like than this I'm always posting new moves, saying they're tough and take a lot of time, and this is definitely one of them. I've been working on this position since March, but it just wouldn't work-taking my hands off for even a millisecond meant falling instantly. Not to mention how much my joints and ligaments ached from this stance. I had even written this move off as impossible. What's happening here: I squeeze the wall with my feet and thighs, shifting my center of gravity to the left so I don't fall. By shifting left, my right thigh presses into the wall even more, locked in as a solid pivot point My ligaments and muscles were sore for six days straight after this move, even though it doesn't look like much.
