Not to mention that sometimes, inside of the dough is red. With the way the bread is cut to reveal red, it’s easy to associate the red with blood or wounded flesh. It may not seem like much to someone who hasn’t experienced this kind of trauma, but trauma can and does effect people in ways like this

I get triggered by the thought of alcohol and drunk people because when I was little we used to live in a abusive household and my mom ran away from the house and got drunk near a river I genuinely hate alcohol and once yelled at my friend for drinking at a young age I still feel bad to this day

Not talking about PTSD and im not trying to claim that i have anything but im curious, does OCD count as a trigger? With my contamination OCD, i would see a video, for an example the effects of rabies, and I would go into whole panic mode feeling like i have rabies, not letting my dog lick me, and feel severe anxiety for even months just because of that video?
