During my period I sometimes puke and often have nausea from the pain. I cannot sleep, walk, sit or lay without being in stabbing like pain, and painkillers do not help me either

My endometriosis is destroying my life. It’s robbed me of everything I wish I was being dramatic. It’s been over a decade and I’ve been in pain every single day. I fell in love with rowing and I can’t do it because it’s causing me too much pain. I had to drop out of school, can’t hold down a job, lost relationships. Had an MRI recently and it showed my ovaries,uterus and bowel stuck together and two huge bilateral endometriomas. Five doctors refused to treat me as a teenager because I was “too young” and didn’t want to risk my fertility to investigate. Well now it’s too late my ovaries are destroyed.

I had such bad cramps every period for a couple years that I couldn’t even stand unassisted. All I could do was scream or lie there in a sort of shock silence before exhausting myself so bad after several hours that when it got even a little less bad I’d fall asleep fast.
