This was when Malls weren’t just for shopping…Guildford Mall had a theatre in it, multiple restaurants and cafe’s inside major stores. All those live trees with benches and the water fountain made it cozy, it feels like an institution now 😩

I remember hyping out to this stupid commercial when I was a kid! It was when they upgraded the mall and had the pyramids on the roof! I remember thinking the mall was enormous! Woodward, Eatons, and the in mall movie theater where you lined up winding through the mall! We saw Rocky III there! I love walking down memory lane! Thank you. 🥲🙂👍

I was born in 2000 and grew up going to that mall! There are a few parts that still have the old brown flooring, in the maintenence halls where employees walk
