Let me clear this up…that’s my best friend, she was doing her job for a PRIVATE airport. That officer did not have their sirens on and the employee used his badge to let themselves in not her!! She has the FULL video of what happened even from the gate cameras so she was not in the wrong she was told by the Company not to open for anyone at all and to call her manager first doing her job. Ps the charges were dropped and even the judge thought it was ridiculous. 😭😂😂anyways my bestie is good and still employed by them hahaha😁

He obviously wasn't right behind the vehicle he was trying to pull over. If lights weren't on before he entered private property then he has limited access.

I don’t care if he had his lights and sirens on, or if he was in a high-speed chase. That is a secure area, and you can’t just drive on to a secure, federally secure area just because you have lights and sirens on your car. He may not have even had jurisdiction to be in that area absent a warrant. Things need to be figured out. And if he’s going onto a secure area, then the person he’s chasing isn’t going anywhere anyway so there’s no reason to rush it. He can wait for all the boxes to be checked so that no one is in violation of federal law which supersedes local law.
