I get it, it looks terrible and embarrassing. But, it has to be done otherwise you can’t sunbathe which is the whole point of going on holiday! I’m guilty of this and feel a sense of achievement when my towel is down and booked for the day.

There I am having to get up at 7am on holiday for a gate opening on holiday. Worst of it was most beds that had towels on them then stayed empty til lunchtime

Crazy 🤪, was in hovima suites at Costa adeje Tenerife never had a problem with sunbeds so easy even if you come down for 9-30am still available, but they do have family pool adults pool .
