I did my first womb release beginning of this year. Yhoo the dreams, feelings and everything was so wierd but I felt lighter. My relationship with my mom got so strained and I realised I fear her. My life started moving accordingly, like stuff was lost and replaced, i felt aligned. While i appreciate the cleanse, im really scared of the weird part. I will ask my womb for courage
