Love your content but this was a bad take brotha. Proximity is key. Living in an area, where you can meet your ideal investor, business partners, customers daily is more advantageous for trying to make more money. Additionally, people trust you more if they met you in person, than if you call them. Intro- trust is longer with your approach. You’re focus on focusing, not making achieving the money goal easier. The 2 aren’t mutually the same. I do agree with the wife point. 😂

Very plausible in theory but from first hand, I can tell you it built me up well but genuinely aided to my depression especially if you don’t have family out there or too many friends out there. Loved the CoL and isolation a bit but it gets to a certain point
