I like shin for lily, pero kit deserves lily more than shin. kit show us na kahit saan banda ng mundo, gano katagal, gano kahirap, walang communication, hindi updated, but still, he choose to grow on his passion rather than find another woman to love. kit choose to love lily kahit saang parte s'ya ng mundo magpunta. at iisang tahanan lang uuwian n'ya, yun ay kay lily. true love doesn't end just because you both don't have any label or you both want to end. true love stay no matter what happens. I learned from kit na, masarap mahalin yung taong unan mong minahal kahit hindi pa sigurado na sayo s'ya sa dulo.

Maybe it's just me, but watching through the series I felt like Shin doesn't love Lily romantically but out of sense of responsibility that somehow pulls him on the rabbit hole. They started as same jap teens studying in a foreign, and not so peaceful country (as the series progresses). That setting may have given him the need to protect lily at while also feeling comfort and connection with her (since they're close with his sister). Their break-up set him free (I just feel it). He looks better like a heavy load was lifted from his shoulder, finally giving him the chance to start his own life, for himself. (Their marriage was for lily, though it didn't serve it's purpose)
