If youโre physically impaired, do not fly this airline. If you fly with a wheelchair, or with a service animal, donโt do it you will be humiliated and deplaned in front of everyone. They have zero empathy and no training.

I bought a ticket on a Virgin Australia flight but when I showed up and they found out I was in a wheelchair they hit me with broom handles and told me I deserved it.
