Good breakdown and mostly on point. One thing worth adding that sharpens the picture. That 123 nuclear deal is not just an offer sitting on the table anymore, it was already signed with the Saudi energy minister and it is inside the congressional review window right now where the default is that it passes unless two thirds of both chambers vote to block it. And the terms are the actual story. There is no Gold Standard in it, no enrichment ban and no reprocessing ban, unlike the 2009 UAE deal. It permits a US consortium to run centrifuges on Saudi soil after a joint study, with no Additional Protocol, so weaker IAEA access than Iran itself had under the JCPOA. That is what makes the whole war look strange. Washington is bombing Iran over enrichment in the same month it signs Riyadh a legal enrichment pathway. So it was never really about enrichment as such, it is about who is permitted to do it. And the normalization push is not conjured from nowhere either, the signed text names the Abraham Accords as the condition Trump attached. The civilian nuclear carrot is the lever being used to pull the Israel legitimacy win Riyadh keeps refusing to hand over.
