@franztaztic: That white line on the eyelid is not detail. It is a halo. Resolve sharpens the whole frame at once, so skin and grain get crunchy right next to the edges. Build an edge mask instead. Edge Detect from Resolve FX Stylize, set Mode to Grayscale Edges, then feed that into the key input of your sharpening node. Two nodes and it only lands on real edges.
