Technically, the insta-kill doesn't apply to all emanators, since you have yao guang, jing yuan and evanescia who are all emanators, but don't have an instant kill technique. Just wanted to point this out!

Emanator it's not a scale of power, some paths are known for not having emanators at all, but let's remember she fixed the Astral Express, she is literally a genius for just that fact alone, but she achieved much more...

I would also like to point out that some emanators rely on their consisting path in gameplay (ie, The herta needing eurudition, acheron needing nihility and evernight needing other remembrance characters), with some exceptions like phainon, feixiao, and jing yuan

more like TB could be Alkivili and in the future terminus itself we could be retaking terminus footsteps that's why future MC would do everything he can just to stop alkivili since trailblaze became one of the path that caused the finality

An Aeon forsaking their path does most likely in fact mean they completely lose their authority over it Paths are extremes, pure (kinda radical) ideals and the Aeon needs to be the embodiment of this ideal Forsaking it is basically forsaking THEMSELVES So while a "fall" (aka forsaking THEIR path) might not necessarily mean "death" in the traditional sense, it certainly means "death" to their current existence and hold over the path I fell ppl are underestimating just how extreme of an action it is for an Aeon to forsake THEIR path 😅 It's considered as one of only three ways to "kill an Aeon"

my rule is if its not blatantly stated in the story or the in-game world then they are not. Herta,Acheron, the Lord Ravagers etc are as its says they are. Himeko just got a power upgrade

Shes most likely the strongest path-strider of trailblaze until confirmed otherwise (aka, she's confirmed emanator or to be weaker than some other nameless who knows tho sadly, we still have minimum info about all of this)

The idea that the Rating Pistol is an Emanator detector is still just a theory (good theory). but I won't believe anyone or anything is an Emanator unless it's explicitly confirmed
