ppl talk like this all the time. let's say a vagrant is talking like this? They would assess the threat level and come to the conclusion that it should NOT be taken seriously. On the other hand if these words are done by ppl who have the finances to make their words more than just talk, what then? should it be taken lightly? They are also alleging that they have proof of them being involved or aligned with certain gangs that once properly financed , can make this a reality.
