Not a smart move on their part. IF I was going to ever book an Airbnb with these people, I sure won’t now…..ever. Also what’s the point of a cleaning fee if you need to leave the place looking immaculate.

As a previous Airbnb host myself, my whole concept was that you are hosting for people who want to take a vacation. We always screened our Gas very well at the beginning so we never had any issues but the primary focus was they go away having had a good time. There was a cleaning charge, but the cleaning crew stripped the beds did the laundry, etc. I never ever expected my guess to empty the fridge or do laundry. These two are totally unreasonable.

As an Airbnb Superhost, these people are a nightmare and should not be hosts at all. They give a bad name to some of us who work hard and take pride in what we do and in providing our guests the best possible stay we can give them. I’m so tired of this type of people.
