Sonam Wangchuck is a kind, caring & an honest Indian Patriot & citizen. He resides in Ladakh, a region, heavily contested by China. That itself should've been a reason to listen to what he's proposing! He chose to fast as a protest against the Indian govertments blatant disregard for the lapses by the education minister, whose actions & policies were responsible for the suicide of students. Instead of suspending the education minister, based on a legitimate grievance, the government chose to wait for thousands more citizens to join the protest across India! The ministers resignation, the main condition towards ending Mr Wangchucks fast, has now come at the cost of severe injuries towards innocent protesters & almost cost the life of Mr Sonam too! While the world has witnessed the brutal crackdown by security personnel, atrocities carried out by them on innocent citizens, not caught on cameras, were just as gruesome, if not darker! It's tragic, when government officials use their security personnel to harm the countrys population, when the sole reason for their existence, is to protect the citizens!
