You need Bellinis instead of caviar and you should NEVER use a metal spoon and cheap caviar is disgusting A good caviar to start with it probably royal Siberian you can get 22g for only £35!

lumpfish and sturgeon are very very very different. this one is pretty rank 😂 sturgeon caviar is kinda buttery and not at all fishy or salty!

The correct way to eat caviar is to cleanse your pallet with a shot of vodka and use a mother of pearl spoon and put it on the top of ur hand
