He spent 108 million on clean air zone . and his wife got the contract to install the Electric power stations . all the workers has to pay for new vans me included and then he scrapped it due to pressure from working people .he claimed 35 000 pound s for exspences but could not Remember what they were for . He left mcr council in 1.4 billion debt .
