I loved perot and voted for him, but I realize now that everything he wanted to do would still have had to go through Congress, the powers in Congress would never have passed that kind of legislation then nor would they do it now. I hear a lot of talk about the wealthy not paying their fair share, but maybe if Congress actually worked for the people it wouldn't be much of an issue.
