I'm the same as Zlatan direct, but sometimes it's clever to be indirect. In any management situation, If you are the employee too direct with managers, then you can be seen as trying to be in charge. They want someone that does what the manager says and is not a threat to their authority. Pep probably saw Zlatan as a threat to his management and was making a point that I'm in charge. I reckon he didn't want problem players in the dressing room either speaking up against Pep. I reckon Zlatan expressing his unhappiness of not playing in his favourite position, also peed off Pep. He had Messi as his favourite and he knows Messi can play in multiple positions. He saw Zlatan as a problem. However in football it's a bit different, because Zlatan did amazing elsewhere. He had a great career. I reckon Pep would tell him, but maybe he doesn't like Zlatan's too direct approach, so probably never told him
