@cookingtales11: Creamy Nutty Chana Curry Ingredients * ½ cup oil * 2 onions, sliced * 1 tbsp chopped ginger * 5–6 garlic cloves * 30 g almonds * 30 g cashews * ¼ cup milk (for blending) * 2 cups boiled chickpeas (or 1 cup if making a smaller batch) * ¼ cup chickpea cooking water * 5 tbsp water * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 5 tbsp milk * Black pepper powder, to taste * Fresh coriander, chopped Method 1. Heat the oil and sauté the sliced onions until softened. Add the ginger, garlic, almonds, and cashews, and cook for a minute. 2. Transfer the mixture to a food processor, add ¼ cup milk, and blend into a smooth paste. 3. Return the paste to the same pan and sauté for 2–3 minutes. 4. Add the boiled chickpeas, chickpea cooking water, water, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix well, cover, and cook until most of the liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. 5.
