Thank you for this, i truly just went through this shift in my mind and in my surroundings and i have been sitting in fear since and these last 3 days i have been showed myself a lot of emotions i still had and maybe even buried but now I’m done with this class and now i do not know how to deal with myself and this heaviness thank you so much truly for reminding myself this is new for me and need to give myself the grace.. 🫂
