That is literally wrong in so many levels like how are you gonna tell your child you’re doing this trend and then you have her get so excited to pick out the items and then at the end you tell her you’re not gonna buy that for her that’s just completely wrong. That’s what do you not don’t ever do that to a child.

I did this with my 9th grader, she only picked 8 things and it came to like $72 and she was so apologetic she almost cried. I told her not to cry, she has one more item she can choose whenever she wants and I'll still get it
