I started Evorel Conti about 4 weeks ago; so far ok. It’s not got rid of every symptom but the itching (ears, legs, hands), needing to pee all the time and the dryness has gone and for that I am so thankful! Getting the patches to stay on when I’m sweating so much in this heat is a challenge tho! Also found that every now and then my heart races for absolutely no reason so will be discussing that with my GP at my review but overall it’s not too bad. Definitely a work in progress 😊

i had a blood test yesterday to test my hormone levels,have some symptoms and definately im sure im starting it but worried it will come back negative

Have been on them for a year, they are fantastic but I do still get some nausea on the patch change from the 50 to combi (the second patches in the pack) otherwise are brilliant!

Sequi didn't work well for me at all. I'm now on Evorel 100 patches and micronised progesterone capsules. this seems to be good for me. it's a trial and error approach really. took me about a year to get the combination that's best for me. xx

I’m on everything. I’ve got the coil, the patches, and testosterone gel. Just has the sound track says, it can come down to that. They have been amazing for me. That and the GLP1 I feel like me again.

I’ve been on patches for years now. Best decision after. Just be patient that is my advice. Symptoms will take some time to calm down x

I don’t know if I’m on the same ones, they’re evorel. I’m not waking up boiling in the night anymore and I’m less itchy. My mood is improved and my anxiety is lessened. They are in combination with the mirena coil though which I think had the biggest impact of the two.

I moved to the Evorel Sequi at the start of the year as I wasn’t doing well on the tablets. I am on a very low dose as my mum had ovarian cancer. I have found them brilliant I have noticed positive changes from using them

I’m on Everol 25mg patches which is a low dose I feel ok this may change to higher dose if I need it but it’s ok so far flush not as bad mood seems a little brighter x
