You could take an online political ideology map test. They give a good idea of ideological positioning. There are different ones, some more comprehensive than others

Your “logical” political views seem to be constructed from a very detached, observer sense of logic, instead of taking into account real world realities. Take your stance on green: of course it’s “logical” to “save the planet,” but would it be logical from the perspective of people like oil and gas workers, whose jobs and livelihoods will be cut? And the politicians who promote these issues are also acting very logically: they are adopting these policies not always because they believe in them, but because it plays well with their voter bases. The same can be said for all other examples. Like you said, everybody is capable of acting logically, and if you truly believe you are equal to everybody else, their logic is just as valid as yours even if you do not agree.

I might seem a bit random commenting this here, but as a left standing woman I would love to hear what you think about Abbie Chatfield. If you are unfamiliar she is maybe considered one of Australia’s most outspoken media personalities... She first became widely known through reality television, but has since built a career as a podcast host, radio presenter, author, and social commentator. What I truely believe sets her apart is her willingness to express her views openly, even her anger and she somewhat become “controversial” and unfortunately found a toxic bombardment of hate online mostly coming from men. In Australia we still largely live in a society afraid of out spoken feminists and especially women keen to sharing their political opinions …I think in an era where many public figures feel the need to carefully avoid difficult topics, she tends to do the opposite, and as messy as she might appear at times, I find you might actually like some of what she stands, she’s also such a baddie! Haha

And I am afraid that your point on more educated people “seeing the world differently” seems quite classist. Does this mean that there is an objectively “better” or “more just” vision of the world that is only on offer to those with the resources to pursue academia? Does this mean those who cannot afford or chose not to go down the “scientific” route is inherently flawed or illogical in their worldview? I have a feeling that this is not what you are insinuating, but it can definitely be perceived as such, and is actually a sentiment which has created lots of resentment in “working class” voters in Western democracies.

Lastly, I think you are painting “left” and “right” positions quite monolithically. I would encourage you to look into the policy platform of some more “right wing” parties (in Germany the CDU, CSU, maybe FDP but probably not the AfD) as well as more traditional “right learning” socioeconomic positions. They are just as nuanced as the left leaning ones.

And on your point about leadership: real leadership is taking the difficult decisions, even if it may be unpopular, or if people do not understand. This has to come from a position of conviction. If, as you propose, people should just disobey or remove their leaders whenever they feel like the leader isn’t acting logically (which in many cases just means they disagree with the leader) then groups would become unleadable, or the leaders would be incentivized to never take unpopular decisions and never solve difficult issues just to avoid having to potentially upset their team.
