In her defense, provolone has the lowest milk fat content of most cheese also Swiss so a lot of people have minimum reaction to them

I'd refuse service after they said they were allergic to dairy and then ASKED for dairy. then I'd whip out my phone Google definition of provolone and show them then say have a nice day.

Customer returning big mac: "We asked for no pickles... my wife is highly allergic to pickles, you can even touch the pickles while making the sandwich." Me: "omg I'm so sorry. We will remake that right away, so no pickles or Mac sauce." Them: "No the sauce is fine." Me: "Big Mac sauce has pickles in it, it's one of the ingredients. If your wife is allergic to pickles then she probably shouldn't have the sauce either." Them: "Ew, who orders a big Mac with no big mac sauce." Me:"... people with pickle allergies 🤷♀️"

Yep! When a lady came back in raging that we put cheese on her hamburger saying she was allergic to dairy we told her we would make a fresh one with no cheese. She said she lost her appetite for hamburgers because of us and asked for a milkshake instead 🤪

As someone who actually is allergic to certain foods, I can tell you which ingredients I cannot have. And I ask all of the questions before getting food prepared for me. This is crazy!
