so I have an agent called boss. he's only reading documents, and briefing the other agents. I have a government agent, who make sure all the decisions got logged, with the brief and also the other agents log their activity. is that enough?

This is a very good approach, and it helped me all the way up until my codebase reached about 800k lines of code. Then just reading my documentations repos alone took half of 1M context window. Then I had to create 3 mini programs. 1. Code Atlas 2. Code Navigator 3. Institutional Continuity Engine. This will be the final Boss of long term AI memory.

I do that in the Claude.md file where all features are documented and decisions. I also have changelogs as they are required for WordPress development
