Take the battery off leave for 5 mins and put the battery back on I have a 2022 sky active G and anything electrical goes wrong it seems to just be the battery

A manual, with a manual handbrake, that type of car is better, the modern day cars which the manufacturers producing breaks the most important rules of safety, this electronic handbrake and automatic is not so safe, imagine if you were on a steep road and that car gives up. Electronic handbrake doesn’t hold it, especially with the automatic transmission also giving up with that, makes it unsafe for the road, plus with a braking system that doesn’t lets you brake is a huge concern. I wonder why they thought, it was a good idea to remove the most important parts of a car, such as manual handbrake and a manual transmission?

Mazda tech here. Your battery is more than likely bad. The brake system is the first to throw codes/ warnings when the batteries are bad

honestly, this might be just the computer acting up. my car had an issue with the brakes (the sensors for adaptive cruise) and so adaptive cruise just didn’t work at all. the mazda dealer checked it and all they saw was the computer was saying there was an issue when there wasn’t, they cleared the message and it’s brand new.
