@caitlinmariedasilva: NFC tags are just another tool to experiment with if you’re trying to build healthier habits and make everyday tasks a little easier. One of my favourites is my planning routine NFC tag. Within seconds of tapping it, it starts a 15-minute timer, searches YouTube for planning music, turns on Do Not Disturb, and blocks all of my social media apps so I can immediately focus on planning for the week ahead. I also love the NFC tag on my keychain, which lets me quickly dictate video and newsletter ideas whenever inspiration strikes. I've been using NFC tags as a way to track my migraine and triggers. anytime I have one I go to my chronic illness journal, tap them and log them. they export to an Excel spreadsheet that I can email to my doctos. 🙃
