Bro, these people buy like five fragrances and suddenly they think they're experts. I own over a hundred, so trust me, I know what I'm talking about. There are plenty of scents where you genuinely cannot tell the difference between these big designer names and Dubai houses. Like right now, I have Lattafa Fakhar and YSL Y, and after the opening, they're basically identical. You'd have to be sniffing paper strips in a lab to spot a difference.
Honestly, some of these Dubai brands are putting out better quality than the designers. They use way higher oil concentrations, so they last longer and project harder. Designers water their stuff down to save money and appeal to everyone, but Dubai fragrances come with real oud, real saffron, real amber, not that synthetic filler you get in half the popular bottles. Plus they're cheaper. So you're getting a longer lasting, better performing scent for a fraction of the price, and it smells just as good, if not better. Designer hype is cool and all, but it doesn't beat that.
