been here the past 2 years and both times I went I had a great experience. I also stayed in a Westgate Resort in Florida and had a great experience as well but the Smokey Mountain one is the Best! I love it here and would recommend anybody to comr here. i just left here last week.

No it’s not you get suckered in to a timeshare spill if you go there. When we went I payed full price and they try to say there is a meeting with all guest what time could I attend. I asked is it a time share spill and he said yes so I told being to put me down for half past never and he said everyone has to go and I told him I payed full price to stay here with out being bother and that I charged $1000 an hour for my time and if he wanted to pay me to go then I would attend other than than I am not going.

Stayed here. Do not recommend. Houses all on top of each other and amenities are mediocre at best.
