Mira ad is that all of the areas that he mentioned used to employ steel workers and longshoreman so a city of jurisdiction really have to think about when you pull those type of businesses out what are those people gonna do? A lot of them were employee with CMPIBM companies that used to be very prominent in Baltimore city so you have to consider that as well there are a lot of considerations but you have to consider that.
