@itsbrittanyblackwell: Most conversations about teacher burnout focus on working less, getting more organized, or finding the next productivity hack. I think we’ve been asking the wrong questions. Teacher burnout doesn’t have one cause. Sometimes it’s workload. Sometimes it’s leadership. Sometimes it’s unrealistic expectations. Sometimes it’s the hundreds of tiny decisions you make every single day. No single strategy fixes all of that. But every time we reduce unnecessary mental load, we create a little more space for the things that actually matter. That’s why I talk about systems. It’s why I talk about boundaries. It’s why I talk about mindset, recovery, and building a life outside the classroom. Because the goal has never been to become a more productive teacher. The goal is to build a school year you don’t have to recover from. 💜 Comment SOP and I’ll send you my free Stress-Free SOP Guide.
