This show does a really good job at really emphasizing Frieren’s point of view. It’s like just yesterday she left the group, and now Himmel is old? Then suddenly the girl she’s mentoring is a teenager? It’s insane. You can’t help but feel empathy for Frieren because it really is just a blink of an eye to her.
