He likes to make money.. And thats fine its his right. The government needs to make it where all land inside the city limits is developed before any can be in the county. The developer should pay to run all utilities from the closest location to these subdivisions not just inside the subdivision instead of the tax payers. And the developer should have to put money up front to cover the development even if he bankrupt. So many bankrupt and the tax payers has to pay to put top coat on roads. Keep retention ponds, etc.

That’s dumbest statement…. If no one develops land outside of the city we all would live in the city. Umm. Sir. Pretty sure country living was around before the city

Guys when it comes to developing, it’s more on the fault of who inherits the farm and sells it off than any developer or realtor. Yes farming is expensive but blame the government on subsidies that kept prices down but you do that you can’t complain bc food is cheaper that what it would be if it wasn’t subsidized.

Truth! Dangd if you do, dangd if you don’t. One half complains about large parcels being sold and built. The other complains about no housing or affordable housing being available.

Why don't you develop right next door to YOUR house! Instead of crapping on everyone else! OR why not rehab some of the 1000's of properties in the cities since you only care about providing housing?.....it's all about profit and GREED!
