Take home. Is the term used to refer to what you read on paper before you deduct actual expenses.. Usd acc has forex charges when moving ksh to usd...... Back from usd to ksh and Withholding tax on income.. When these are added its 18 to 20% return.. Still excellent but risky when markets go sideways.

Not me seeing this at 3:00 am 🤭How many years has the fund been operating? What were the returns in bad market years? Are returns independently audited? Is the fund liquid if I need my money urgently? What assets make up the portfolio? Are there any lock-in periods or redemption restrictions?
