went and took a drug test today…. and a physical for a new job because i’m trying to step up as a man. had an anxiety attack and now have to go see my primary to get cleared 😐 everything is riding on this right now

Probably too much for tik tok, but I’ve battled with this for years. I love my family, it makes me feel good to make sure they are provided for, but nothing brings me joy. Money, food, driving to do more. Nothing. This is the only way I can explain it. Going numb. Good luck on your journey!

My dad has reached that point. But he’s also the type that doesn’t want anyone congratulating him or thanking him. So we really don’t know what to do. But you can tell he’s burnt out and numb.
