@prolinefilmacademy: At Proline Film Academy (PFA), our learning model is purposefully designed to prepare students for the realities of today's fast-evolving film and media industry. Guided by our philosophy, "Learn Something & Do Something," we believe that knowledge becomes valuable only when it is applied through practical experience. Our curriculum is built around two complementary hands-on learning approaches. 1- The first is Software Practical Experience, which accounts for approximately 70% of the curriculum. This stage equips students with industry-standard digital production tools and visual effects software, laying the technical foundation required for professional filmmaking. Because mastering these applications demands time, consistency, and practice, students spend the majority of their training developing advanced digital production skills. 2- The second is Hardware Practical Experience, where PFA stands among East Africa's leading film schools. During this phase, students transition from the classroom into real production environments, working with professional cinema cameras, lenses, lighting systems, sound equipment, stabilisation gear, and other industry-standard production tools. All equipment is provided through Proline Studios, ensuring that every learner gains practical experience using the same technologies employed in the professional film and television industry. This balanced learning structure bridges the gap between theory and practice, producing graduates who are not only technically skilled but also confident, production-ready professionals. At PFA, students don't simply study filmmaking, they experience it. They Learn Something & Do Something, developing the competence, creativity, and confidence needed to thrive in the new generation of the global creative industry. -------- Welcome to Proline Film Academy; "Learn Something & Do Something" www.prolinefilmacademy.com ----------- #creatorsearchinsights #prolinefilmacademy #ugandafilmindustry #ugandatiktok #uganda
