This past weekend I experienced this for the first time. Usually my migraines are on the left side of my head with light sensitivity and nausea. This time it was all over headache, foggy, and extremely dizzy. I’ve had on and off dizziness since Friday. Was prescribed naproxen and meclizine but still it’s persistent.

Yes, I get vestibular migraines and the are debilitating. I can’t function. I am so dizzy that I get motion sickness and I can’t move my head without vomiting.

With some of my migraines I get this odd sensation where I feel like I’m 7 ft tall surrounded by things built for toddlers. I do get pain that ebs and flows but it's the sensory things that really disrupt my days

Oh it’s much worse than that. The aisles feel like they’re coming in towards you and the lights are incredibly bright

The neurologist that I was referred to told me I don't have vestibular migraines because I don't have bad headaches. I was told by an ENT that I probably have vestibular migraines. I legit have all of these symptoms.😭
