i heard from another mom if your planning on breastfeeding she recommend also bringing a zip up jacket!! so its easier to have skin to skin and also hospitals are so cold!! best luck girlyy!!

for the binder, its better to just keep it at home bc while youre there they will constantly be coming in to push up and massage your stomach to make sure everything feels right. you'll have to keep taking it on and off multiple times a day (learned from experience) also be prepared to go ahead and use your own diapers the hospital ones suck. and yes the hospital peribottle sucks aswell lol. go ahead and pack a towel from home bc those suck aswell😭
