the kid is definitely in the wrong because why did he run in the middle of the road. the scooter guy also couldn’t slow down any faster because the brakes not have worked good. i am 100% on the scooter guys side. thank you!

As a biker myself if I see children before I would just slow down in the beginning, I wouldn’t still just keep speeding up if I see children from far away and I’m about to be going towards them yeah normally I would slow down in the first place you can’t just like proudly keep going fast

You should be watching the road and the sides for any pedestrians or obstacles like children that might run into the road. nothing happened to the kid, so its really no big deal, but the parents should be paying more attention to their child.

Those parents and Grandparents are setting bad example to those kids those kids need to learn safety. The parents is risking the kids life. Keep your eye on your kids like all time they don’t understand about safety they need to be tired not to run out on the street when the car is coming I know was right and wrong but right there is super long. They need to like lifeguard. Their job to supervise those kids and grown-ups too, and Grandparents too. They need to learn about safety.
