@thoughtlab0: When the crying stops, people think you're healing. That's usually when it gets darkest. #darkpsychology #emotionalnumbness #grief #traumahealing #mindscience
I feel guilty cause I can’t cry after my son died. I feel nothing anymore. I’m not human anymore.🥺

Warriors by narcissists :
narcissists when very young when inflicted by parents or one of them. and the other ignored it. neglected cptsd. others still are the same with the same wound but they are able to survive.

I’m all this but what this video doesn’t say is there are moments where everything you have been blocking suddenly comes back like an uncontrollable wave. It hits you like a knife in the chest, you can’t breathe or think. You are on the brink of collapse, the pain hits harder every time this happens and it can happen anytime. It doesn’t need a trigger. I’ve learned the numbness is safe and I now know how to bring it back myself.

I feel like that’s where I am now my son and his girlfriend broke up that live with us and I just feel numb and I really did love her. No emotion. I still know an attachment, which is slow because we did everything together. but it’s been like nine months since I lost my grandson and I feel like I am numb. This is exactly how it feels.

My father and I discussed the day when he would pass while he was alive, maybe gross to many but I think saying things then actually helped me cope when the time came ♥️♥️
