I’m day 3 post op. I literally feel so defeated. I expected to be doing more even with just the minimal exercises. How was yours 3-5 days in? I really love that you’re open because this is the only video I’ve watched that hasn’t made me feel so behind on progress.

3 weeks for me. Still trying to cope with the down time. The loneliness is the least expected and hardest part so far. Still got 4 more weeks of non weight bearing, and I’ve never been so ready to just be able to walk again! Looks like you’re doing great! Keep it up 💪🏼
