i have aquarius pruritus (itchy after bathing or when body is wet). Because of that, I have stopped using sponge, and my skin is totally ruined now. I have also stopped using body lotion due to the fact that I don't bath with sponge.

1. shower use better sponge and antibacterial soap(e.g. dettol antibacterial, fav is dove antibacterial) 2.body wash (salt scrubs-better) Dove body wash with body scrub or chemical exfoliates
