I have curly hair, it was straight when I was really young so I grew up using the wrong products. I’m in my 20s now and it’s taken a TONNE of work and products to fix it and stop the breakage and frizz. The kid is absolutely right. A bottle of conditioner doesn’t last long at all if you’re showering and washing your hair regularly unless it’s crazy short. He’s literally just punishing her for not looking like him.

Yes I have straight thin hair. My girls have thick wavy hair it sucks but I have to buy us all different shampoo and conditioner we have to buy a lot but I get what works for them

Course, curly hair girl here - I have to use a slightly more expensive oil based shampoo and conditioner combo. Why? Because drug store shampoo and conditioners make my hair extremely unmanageable and yes I have to use more conditioner than the average person. So yes dad is the a-hole!

Yes! Curly hair is very different and requires a ton of moisture! By her what she likes and always double up on the conditioner. Honestly, she does need a lot of conditioner and you should plan to buy every 30days. Myself and all three of my kids have curly hair I have to buy conditioner in the summer at least two to but usually three times a month and I buy the biggest bottles I can find.
