I had medial and lateral meniscus repair back in Oct and recovery was really tough but I watched yalls videos and carringtons story and it really helped wishing her the best recovery

I feel terrible for her. I’m 28 years old and I’ve had a very hard time dealing w the pain and discomfort. I’m 11 days post acl reconstruction quad graft. Wishing the best of days, the most laughs and fast healing for her. Strong girl!!

keep pushing, she’s got this! I was in her same position 4 months ago but im doing so much better now. I got the let, and acl and meniscus repair and unfortunately let and meniscus does increase the recovery time but it’ll all be worth it in the long run. although I was so frustrated with how slow I felt I was moving im so grateful I did it now for more security in the future. I’m just a year younger than her so we’re both so young. It’s better to be going through this now than when we’re older. she’s got this!💗
