Iran's basically running on fumes at this point. Their air defense network got gutted, key nuclear infrastructure took direct hits, and a chunk of their missile production and launch capability got knocked out in the exchanges with Israel and the US. Add in decades of sanctions choking their economy and military modernization, proxy networks like Hezbollah and Hamas getting hammered too, and you've got a regime that can lob some missiles and claim "resistance" rhetoric but doesn't have the conventional muscle left to actually project power or win a sustained fight. Calling that a win requires redefining victory as just "still standing" rather than actually achieving your objectives.
