we gotta come up with a better way to distinguish what is "ai" vs machine learning, neural networks, simple algorithms, large language models and whether or not they are trained using stolen work. I think that's the hangup most people have they hear AI and think about the massive compute and environmental impact and the intellectual property theft when most, what you would call AI, especially in software and video games, is nothing at all like that. I don't blame anyone for being apprehensive, it's just that the conversation hasn't been poised well enough for people to really understand the bigger picture

Yall are quick to define what is and isn't Ai cause you wanna hate on it despite that ALL AI IS GOOD! It's just annoying when something doesn't need Ai and they shove it in there. Like Spotify or a Google searches.
